Transport peripherals for Sleeves

To ensure a smooth and high-quality sleeving process, we offer a wide range of peripheral modules that can be seamlessly integrated into any sleeving machine. Camera systems monitor the correct position of the sleeve before, during and after application. Clamping belts and Pressure belts ensure stable product guidance, for example during blow-off or on the way to the Shrink processes.

For precise product separation, the screw separator is used to optimally prepare each product for the dispensing process. After application, the sleeve positioner takes over the fine adjustment, using linear pushers, eccentric pushers or rotating paddles depending on the requirements. This ensures that the sleeve is placed exactly where it is supposed to be.

When entering the Shrink tunnel, special lifting systems ensure that the Sleeves are guided cleanly over the bottom edge of the product and shrink evenly. All peripheral components work fully synchronized with the main machine and are consistently coordinated with each other. The result is stable processes, minimized downtimes and high packaging quality, even at high cycle rates.

Each peripheral module fulfills a clear task. Together, they ensure that your sleeving line develops its full potential and that each product is guided through the process in a controlled manner.

  1. Camera inspection systems for quality assurance
    These systems enable precise optical inspection to monitor sleeve position, shrink quality, barcode readability and the ejection of faulty products.
  2. Clamping belts and Pressure belts
    They hold products securely in position and are therefore ideal for blow-off processes, drying processes or controlled transportation before Shrinking (process). Clamping belt conveyors can be used to bridge gaps between conveyor systems.
  3. Lifting systems for Shrink processes
    Special conveyor belts enable the products to be lifted in a controlled manner at the entrance to the Shrink tunnel so that the sleeve shrinks cleanly around the bottom edge.
  4. Screw separation
    The precise Feeding and timing of the products before the sleeve dispensing process is ideal for round and oval containers.
  5. Sleeve positioner (fine positioning)
    These are systems for the exact final alignment of the sleeve before the Shrink processes.
  6. Various positioning technologies
    Depending on the product shape, speed and process requirements, different positioning technologies are available: linear pusher, eccentric pusher or “flapper” (rotating paddle).
  7. Synchronized control with the main machine
