The linear application of Adhesive tapes / Tapes is a central process in modern packaging lines. BERNING specializes in taping machines that reinforce cardboard or handle flaps and apply tear tabs, threads or double-sided adhesive tape. We also offer solutions for various special applications.
Our taping machines (in semi-automatic or fully automatic versions) apply the adhesive tape lengthwise to cardboard packaging, Films / Foils or other products with high precision. With maximum Cycle rates of 100 m/min and adhesive tape widths of up to 200 mm, they are designed for a wide range of applications. The result. Uniform, reproducible adhesive tape applications – ideal for industrial series production with high throughput and variable formats.
Tamper-evident closure for safe products and visible protection
Tamper-evident closures protect product integrity and customer confidence. Our taping machines apply automatic security labels or adhesive strips that ensure a unique, visibly destructible seal.
