Hot air Shrink tunnel
Hot air Shrink tunnels are the ideal choice for products with a variety of geometries and large format ranges. Thanks to precisely controlled air flows, the Sleeves shrink evenly – regardless of shape, height or material.
The temperature, air flow and conveyor speed can be precisely adjusted to your product. This allows you to achieve reproducible results, short changeover times and a stable process that remains reliable even at high cycle rates.
Dry steam Shrink tunnel
Dry steam enables maximum shape accuracy with minimum residual moisture. Finely adjustable steam nozzles apply the Sleeves with pinpoint accuracy and control.
The strength of this process is particularly evident with high-quality decorations, thin materials or sensitive Packagings: it enables precise contours, clean edges and an all-round defined end result.
In contrast to wet steam shrink tunnels, the steam here is transparent so that the product remains visible at all times during the Shrink processes. This makes it possible to observe the shrinking process and make targeted adjustments.
Wet steam Shrink tunnel
Wet steam really comes into its own with complex shapes, deep reliefs or irregular geometries that need to be shrunk. The moist heat applies the sleeve particularly evenly and enables a result with a high surface quality even with the most difficult shape transitions.
Thanks to the intelligent steam zone control, the energy input remains precisely dosed and the result reproducible at all times.
Shrink bridge
The shrink bridge is a surprisingly powerful solution for lines with limited space or as a targeted addition to existing systems. It combines powerful hot air technology in a minimal space and enables precise re-shrinking or finishing of sleeves.
